Please be advised that the practices described in this Privacy Policy apply only to information gathered through this Web Site and, where applicable, through you personal interaction with the merchants using the SpringBIG platform and through the Customer Service Department in connection with this Web Site. This Privacy Policy does not necessarily reflect our practices with respect to information gathered through other web sites that we operate or through off-line means.

Please note: The servers that make the Web Site available and that store the information that is collected on or through the Web Site are located in the United States of America (“USA”). if you are located outside the USA, please note that the information you provide will be transferred to the USA. For example, you may have to provide Personal Information in order to opt in to our customer database on or through this Web Site. SpringBIG Text Alerts offers mobile access to various promotions and other announcements over SMS. Enrollment can be achieved by texting JOIN to 86909. The mobile phone number’s verification message along with all other SMS messages may have standard text and data rates that apply. Users can opt-out of this program at any time (for more details on opting- out, see section “Can I Indicate Whether or Not I Want To Receive Promotional Communications?”). Can I Indicate Whether or Not I Want To Receive Promotional Communications?

There are two ways in which you can tell us whether or not you want to receive promotional email communications from us. You can contact us with your request as set forth below under “How Can I Contact You Regarding This Privacy Policy?” You also can click on an “unsubscribe” hyperlink contained in promotional e-mails we send you.

Use of Your Information by SpringBIG Merchants

This Privacy Policy addresses the use of your information by SpringBIG. SpringBIG requires its merchants to familiarize themselves with this policy and adhere to its terms; however, the responsibility for use of your information for purposes other than those described here lies with the merchants and not SpringBIG.
